Our Ice Boxes are available in six models with different capacities. They have been designed to guarantee the established thermal range, to isolate and protect your product from impacts and external agents. Our Ice Cube have been carefully designed to complete the offer for controlled temperature shipments. We can always study with you a customized project, that fits to your needs.

ICE CUBE
The purpose of our Ice Cube is preserving the temperature inside the Ice Box. They are light, with a certain calculable size and with a cardboard case capable of isolating the contents from humidity. The gel bag substantially contains water, guaranteeing maximum safety for health and nature, even if it is dispersed. The cardboard case and the plastic wrapping of the gel bag are recyclable in normal paper and plastic recycling circuits. The Ice Cube (or even the only gel bag contained inside) can also be frozen several times.
The special cardboard box of our Ice Cubes have obtained level A in the Aticelca 501/19 procedure for evaluating the recyclability of all type of paper. Founded in 1967, Aticelca is an association where technicians and experts of the paper industry have defined a method to evaluate the level of recyclability of materials and paper and cardboard products, which became a standard UNI 11743: 2019 from April 2019.
The A level and the possibility of put on the corresponding Aticelca logo identify products that are “recyclable with paper in an effective and efficient way from a technological and economic point of view, using current paper production technologies, mixed with other secondary fibers obtained from separate paper collection. Its recycling produces a waste of less than 10% “.
An Ice Cube has a size of 170x120x30 mm for a weight of 500 gr. They are assembled in cardboard boxes, for a total of about 1500pcs/pallet and they are delivered at room temperature. It is also possible to buy only the gel bag with weight as requested.
We are testing a new metallized carboard box, applying outside an aluminum film to improve the thermal performance, using its thermal reflectance that generally better isolates the contents inside.
