22 Oct Class A Cardboard Case
Aticelca, founded in 1967, the Italian association that brings together technicians and experts from the paper industry, offers a method, Aticelca 501/19, which allows you to assess the level of recyclability of paper and cardboard materials and products.
A laboratory analysis, which became standard UNI 11743: 2019 in April 2019, simulates the main phases of the industrial paper processing process and analyzes the main elements that characterize the recyclability of paper and cardboard. At the end of this process, Alticelca attributes an index, represented by letters A +, A, B and C where A + is associated with maximum recyclability.
Subjected to this procedure, the cardboard cases of our Ice-Cubes have obtained level A and the possibility of put on the corresponding Aticelca logo. The level obtained identifies products that are recyclable with paper in an effective and efficient way from a technological and economic point of view, using currently paper production technologies, mixed with other secondary fibers obtained from separate paper collection. Its recycling produces a waste of less than 10% “.
We are proud of this recognition, evidence of the quality of our products and our way of operating, encouraging us to continue with greater determination searching for sustainable and recyclable products.
